Our default message is standard and suitable for all businesses. You can customize them on the thank you page to suit your store's branding.

Editing The Thank You Page

1. Settings - Customize - Thank You Page
   
2. There is one message setting for review submission and another for answering a question in our community Q&A feature.
3. Kindly take note that there are a different set of tags that are applied for the thank you page:
   - Customer's first name: ##customerFirstName## 
   - Customer's last name: ##customerLastName##
4. Edit accordingly and click 'Save'
