Review Requests: Customizing the Thank You Page

While our default message is standard and suitable for all businesses, Stamped allows you to customize your Thank You page to suit your store's branding. Follow this guide to learn more!

Editing the Thank You page

  1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Thank You Page
  2. There is one message setting for review submission and another for answer submissions from our community Q&A feature - choose which one you'd like to edit
  3. You can use the below tags to customize your emails:
    - Customer's first name: ##customerFirstName## 
    - Customer's last name: ##customerLastName##
  4. Don't forget to Save after making your changes
