While we try to make all our features available to all users as quickly as possible, some dashboard settings in our Loyalty & Rewards app are restricted to specific platforms.
The guide below provides instructions for both Loyalty Classic and Loyalty 2.0.
Note: New Loyalty & Rewards installations use Loyalty 2.0 by default. Unless you're working with an existing store that is still on Loyalty Classic, follow the Loyalty 2.0 instructions in this guide. The Loyalty Classic section is included for legacy accounts only.

Shopify - Loyalty Classic
- Points Program - Customer Tags for rule exclusions - Points Program Rules
- Points Program - Gift Cards - Shopify Plus is required to allow redeeming points for a Gift Card reward

- Translation of the launcher content can be done by using a set of liquid codes based on the tags created by a translation app: Translating Launcher Content
