Email template
There are several email templates to select from, so choose the one that best fits your branding and design!
- In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Email Sequence
- Select your preferred layout under the Layout drop-down box
- If you create custom designs using the Layout Editor, you'll find your saved templates here as well
- To preview your email, toggle between desktop & mobile and click Send Test
Email subject
- In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Email Sequence
- Change the text in the textbox under Subject
- Click Save
Email message
- In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Email Sequence
- Change the text in the textbox under Message
- Click Save
If you want to further personalize your emails to customers, you can use Liquid Variables to customize the content of your emails. Below are a few examples - you can find more in our guide linked here.

Adjusting the product image size
- In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Email Sequence
- Click on Show All Settings located under the interval section of the page
- Use the Product Image Size dropdown to select the correct size
