If there are certain products that you don't want customers to review, you can exclude them from the review request emails using product tags or product IDs. Follow this guide to learn more!

Excluding products using tags (Shopify only)
- In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Exclusions
- Under Rules, add your product tag(s) to the "Exclude Products from Review Request" section.
- In your Shopify admin, add these tags to the products you want to exclude from your review request emails
Excluding products using product ID (all other e-commerce platforms)
- In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Exclusions
- Under Rules, add your product ID(s) to the "Exclude Products from Review Request" section.

Please Note:
This change will apply only to new orders that are synced to the queue after it is implemented. Review request emails that have already been generated will not be affected and will need to be rescheduled.
Please reach out to us at support@stamped.io after adding tags to sync the changes to the Stamped product catalogue.
For product IDs, the catalogue sync is not required.
