Review Requests: Exclude Products from Review Request Emails

If there are certain products that you don't want customers to review, you can exclude them from the review request emails using product tags or product IDs. Follow this guide to learn more! 


In This Guide


Excluding products using tags (Shopify only)

  1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Exclusions
  2. Under Rules, add your product tag(s) to the "Exclude Products from Review Request" section. 
  3. In your Shopify admin, add these tags to the products you want to exclude from your review request emails


Excluding products using product ID (all other e-commerce platforms)

  1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Exclusions
  2. Under Rules, add your product ID(s) to the "Exclude Products from Review Request" section.
