Adjusting The Email Frequency
- Head over to Settings - Customize - Reviews - Options
- There are seven settings to choose from:
- Send for new order => Review email will be sent for every new order for all email addresses
- Send for only 1st order => Review email will be sent only to the 1st order for every email address
- Skip 1st order, send for 2nd order onwards => Review email will be sent only for the 2nd and subsequent orders for the email address
- Skip 1st and 2nd orders, send for 3rd order onwards => Review email will be sent only for the 3rd and subsequent orders for the email address
- Skip the product when a review has been submitted before => Review email will not be sent for a product once a review for it has been submitted
- Skip the customer when a review has been submitted before => Review email will not be sent to the customer once a review has been submitted by the email address
- Send only once for each product => Review email will be sent once per product and stopped subsequently, regardless if a review is submitted or not.
