Send Review Emails To Fulfilled Orders/After Order Is Placed

There are two possible configurations for review emails to be sent out, either after fulfillment or after an order is placed.

In This Guide

After Fulfilment

This is the default setting, which we recommend using to ensure that review emails are delivered with more accuracy.

  1. Settings - Customize - Reviews - Email Sequence
  2. Select ‘days after fulfillment’ in the drop-down list under Interval
  3. Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page

After Order Is Placed

  1. Select 'days after order placed' in the drop-down list instead
  2. Click 'Save' button on the right side of the page
