In This Guide
After the order is fulfilled
This is the default setting, which we recommend using to ensure that review emails are delivered with more accuracy.
- In your Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Email Sequence
- In the Interval drop-down section, select "after fulfillment"
- Click the Save button when you're done
After the order is placed
- In your Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Email Sequence
- In the Interval drop-down section, select "after order placed"
- Click the Save button when you're done
