The method to stop the review request emails from being sent out for returned/exchanged/cancelled orders will differ, based on the e-commerce platform you are using.

Shopify
- Cancelled orders:
Review requests for cancelled orders in Shopify will be automatically removed from the pending queue in Stamped. This will ensure that the review request will not be sent to customers for orders that are cancelled.
- Returned/exchanged orders:
1. On Shopify's Orders details page, simply add the tag 'stamped_archive' to the order and update it.
Adding the tag to the order will archive the relevant review request emails from the pending queue
2. Remove the review request manually in the pending queue.
Bigcommerce
- Cancelled orders:
Review requests for cancelled orders in Bigcommerce will be automatically removed from the pending queue in Stamped. This will ensure that the review request will not be sent to customers for orders that are cancelled.
- Returned/exchanged orders:
Remove the review request manually in the pending queue.
Other e-commerce platforms
- Cancelled/returned/exchanged orders:
Remove the review request manually in the pending queue.
Removing Review Requests Manually In The Pending Queue
The review request emails will need to be manually archived/deleted from the pending queue under Queue - Review Requests
- Check on the checkbox of the review request email for the returned/exchanged order.
- At the top of the page under the search textbox, click on the "More actions" dropdown box.
- Select "Archive selected" to archive the review request email or "Delete selected" to delete it.
