Key Notes
- If your account is billed outside of Shopify or BigCommerce (e.g. Stripe), you need to cancel the plan in your Stamped account before uninstalling to prevent any erroneous billing to your account.
In This Guide
Cancelling your Stamped Account
- Navigate to Account > Your Plan from the menu on the left side of the page and click Change Plan

You'll be directed to a page that has your current plan displayed; at the bottom of the page, click the Cancel my plan button
- The next page will show your current plan & features, the free Starter plan & features that you will be downgraded to if you proceed with the cancellation, and outline which features you will lose with the downgrade; click the Continue with cancellation button if you're ready to proceed
- Add feedback about why you're cancelling your plan on the popup, or click Skip and follow the rest of the prompts to finalize the cancellation
Uninstalling Stamped
Shopify
- Go to Shopify - Apps
- Click Uninstall beside the Stamped app(s)
BigCommerce
- Go to BigCommerce - Apps
- Click Uninstall beside the Stamped app(s)
