Setting Up Your Points Expiring Soon Flow
⭐ While we have complete set-up instructions for this Play below, the quickest and easiest way to get this set up is to have our team clone our Klaviyo template into your Klaviyo account! To request this, please reach out to your CSM or to our support team at support@stamped.io.
1. Set up a flow using stamped_points_expiry_date
property.
a. Navigate to Flows > Create Flow > Build your own.
b. Under Select a Trigger, select “All Triggers” > select ”date property” > choose stamped_points_expiry_date
. Use the settings below:
c. Add a Profile filter to remove someone from the flow once an order is placed.
2. We recommend 3 emails for this flow, with a time delay between each email based on the number of days left before their points expire.
3. Add email 1. Email 1 will send 14 days before a person’s points expiry date. We recommend turning off Smart Sending for best results.
4. After email 1, add a delay using the following settings:
5. Add email 2. Email 2 will send 5 days before a person’s points expiry date. We recommend turning off Smart Sending for best results.
6. After email 2, add a delay using the following settings:
7. Add email 3. Email 3 will send 24 hours before a person’s points expiry date. We recommend turning off Smart Sending for best results.
8. In each email, we recommend personalizing the messaging. Here are some suggestions:
a. Include their points balance in the subject line: {{person|lookup:"stamped_rewards_points"|default:'' }}
