Setting Up Your Points Balance Reminders
⭐ While we have complete set-up instructions for this Play below, the quickest and easiest way to get this set up is to have our team clone our Klaviyo template into your Klaviyo account! To request this, please reach out to your CSM or to our support team at support@stamped.io.
1. Create a segment called “Stamped - Segment for Loyalty Points Balance Reminder Flow" using the settings below:
Note: For the date field currently showing as “October 01, 2024”, instead set a date that is 2 months prior to the current date.
2. Create your flow
a. From side bar, go to “Flows” > “Create Flow” > “Build Your Own”.
b. Name the flow “Stamped - Loyalty Points Balance Reminder Flow” and select “Create manually”.
c. Under “Select a Trigger” choose “Added to Segment” and find the segment you just created.
d. Add a profile filter and click Save > Confirm and Save.
3. Build the flow structure: create two emails with a time delay of 5 days between each email. We recommend turning off Smart Sending on each email for best results.
4. In each email, we recommend personalizing the messaging. Here are some suggestions:
a. Include their points balance in the subject line: You have {{ person|lookup:"stamped_rewards_points"|default:'' }} points available!
b. Check out suggested email content in our Examples library for inspiration
