Setting Up Your Intro to Loyalty Program Flow

1. Set up a flow using the EarnAccountNew
Stamped Klaviyo metric.
a. Navigate to Flows > Create Flow > Build your own.
b. Select a Trigger based on “Your Metrics” and choose Metric > “API” > EarnAccountNew
.
c. Add a Profile filter to remove someone from the flow once an order is placed.
d. Add a trigger filter to ensure customers entering flow actually have points.
e. We recommend at least 3 emails for this flow, with a time delay of 3 days between each email.
f. We strongly recommend turning “Smart sending” off for each email in order to achieve best results.
2. In each email, we recommend personalizing the messaging. Here are some suggestions:
a. Pull the customer’s points balance into the email using the variable {{person|lookup:"stamped_rewards_points"|default:'0' }}
. We recommend setting this up as a block at the top of the email
b. Add in a Klaviyo product block to feature best-selling products
