The Loyalty Points Block displays a customer's live loyalty points balance inside any Klaviyo email, giving them a concrete reason to come back and spend. It is a reusable content block you build once in Klaviyo and drop into any campaign or flow.

Before you start
You will need:
- An active Klaviyo integration. If you have not connected it yet, follow the Klaviyo connection guide first. Once connected, Stamped syncs each customer's points balance to their Klaviyo profile as the
stamped_rewards_pointsproperty, which is what this block reads. - An active loyalty program with customers who have earned points. Profiles with no points balance have nothing to display.
Please note: This block is built entirely in Klaviyo's email editor, not in the Stamped dashboard.
Setting Up Your Loyalty Points Block
⭐ While we have complete set-up instructions for this Play below, the quickest and easiest way to get this set up is to have our team clone our Klaviyo template into your Klaviyo account! To request this, please reach out to your CSM or to our support team at support@stamped.io.
1. Add a new “Text Block” into your email body.
2. Configure the block as follows:
3. Add this text: Hi {{ first_name }}, Your Loyalty Points Balance is: {{ person|lookup:"stamped_rewards_points"|floatformat:0 }} points. Redeem now!.
Note: “Redeem Now” should link to your Loyalty Rewards page.
4. Style the block according to your brand’s guidelines.
5. Under “Display” > “Show/Hide Logic” add logic to only show this block when a customer has a minimum points balance.
a. Paste this into logic field person|lookup:'stamped_rewards_points' > 10.
6. Save the block as a universal content block for easy access across Klaviyo.
What to expect: once the block is saved and the email sends, each recipient sees their own current points balance rendered in the email, and the block is hidden entirely for anyone below your threshold. To check your work before sending, use Klaviyo's preview and select a real profile that has a points balance. If the number is blank for a profile you know has points, confirm the property name is spelled "stamped_rewards_points " and that the profile actually has that property in Klaviyo.
