Setting Up Your Positive Review Thank You Flow
⭐ While we have complete set-up instructions for this Play below, the quickest and easiest way to get this set up is to have our team clone our Klaviyo template into your Klaviyo account! To request this, please reach out to your CSM or to our support team at support@stamped.io.
1. Set up a flow using the SubmittedReview
Stamped Klaviyo metric.
a. In Klaviyo, navigate to Flows > Create Flow > Build your own.
b. Select a Trigger based on “Your Metrics” and choose Metric > “From API” > SubmittedReview
.
c. Add a Profile filter to remove someone from the flow once an order is placed.
d. Set a time delay of your choosing.
e. Create a Trigger Split based on reviewedRating
.
2. In the “Yes” path, this is where you will create the emails that go to customers who left a 4 or 5 star review.
a. Create 3 emails in this path to achieve best results, with a time delay of 2 days between each email.
b. We strongly recommend turning “Smart sending” off for each email in order to achieve best results.
c. In each email, we recommend personalizing the messaging. Here are some suggestions:
i. Add in a Klaviyo product block to feature best-sellers
ii. Reference the product they reviewed by using the {{ event.reviewedItem|default:'' }}
variable

3. [Optional] In the “No” path, this is where you will create the emails that go to customers who leave a negative review.
a. Here, we recommend 1 email for this branch.
b. In each email, we recommend personalizing the messaging. Here are some suggestions:
i. Add in a Klaviyo product block to feature best-sellers
ii. Reference the product they reviewed by using the {{ event.reviewedItem|default:'' }}
variable
