Emarsys + Stamped Loyalty & Rewards

Emarsys is a customer engagement platform that allows you to leverage customer data collected through Stamped's reviews and loyalty apps and create better automated processes. Follow this guide to learn how to set up the Emarsys + Stamped integration.

Setting Up The Emarsys + Stamped Integration

Loyalty Classic

Note: To initiate steps 1 to 4, you need to be the account owner within Emarsys in order to gain access to the security setting. This is required to set up the API key access for the integration to work.

1. In Emarsys's dashboard, go to Management - Security Settings
   
   
   
   
2. Go to API Users and create a new API user for Stamped, then copy your generated username and secret key
   
   
   
   
3. Navigate to your Stamped dashboard and go to Settings - Apps - Emarsys, then paste your username and secret key
4. Once you click Save, the Sync Emarsys button will appear. Click the button to start syncing data between Emarsys and Stamped.
   
   
   
   
5. After the sync is complete, a new contact list will be created in your Emarsys account named "Stamped". You can start creating new automations based on the list and custom properties present for each customer.
   
   

Loyalty 2.0
