In This Guide


Setting Up The Integration

  1. Go to Apps page:
    https://secure.helpscout.net/apps/
  2. Find and click on 'Build a Custom App'

  3. Click on 'Create App'

  4. Fill in the following Details:

    App Name
    Stamped.io

    Content Type
    Dynamic Content

    Callback Url
    <Copy URL from Integrations tab in Stamped Settings>

    Secret Key 
    <Use the same value as Callback Url>

    Debug Mode
    Disabled

    Mailboxes
    Check the mailbox you want the app to appear in


Replying to Reviews/Q&As in Help Scout

You can directly reply to any submitted reviews or Q&As through the notification emails that are sent to your Help Scout inbox. Here's more information on the feature: Replying to notification emails in helpdesk apps
