Social Push: Share Reviews on Facebook/Twitter

Sharing reviews on social media can increase traffic, time spent on your website, and sales conversion. Our Social Push feature allows you to connect your social accounts to share reviews on Facebook and Twitter. Follow this guide to learn more! 



Key Notes

  • We recommend the following image sizes for best results:
    • Facebook: 1200 x 628 pixels
    • Twitter: 900 x 450 pixels
    • Instagram: 1080 x 1080 pixels

In This Guide

Connecting Your Social Accounts

In your Stamped dashboard, go to Marketing - Social and follow the steps below. Connect your social accounts by clicking on the Connect button for the social account of your choosing. 


Social Sharing Type

There are two types of social sharing available, Manual and Smart Sharing:


  • If you've chosen Manual Sharing for Social Sharing Type, then you'll need to schedule the reviews manually by going to the UGC tab: Review: Add to Social Push
  • If you've chosen Smart Sharing for Social Sharing Type, it will automatically schedule your posts based on our algorithm to pick the best reviews based on positive ratings and review quality

Editing The Contents Of Social Share

In the below section, you can edit the Social Push message content and customize how the review is presented when shared on your social media platforms. We also have a selection of fluid tags available should you wish to customize the message further:



Social Push Queue

If you choose Smart Sharing for Social Sharing Type your reviews will be scheduled automatically. However, you have complete control over which reviews get shared first and can specify which date and time best suits your marketing strategy. 


Exclude Products From Social Push

Exclude products from Social Push by entering the product IDs under the field located in Settings - Exclusions. Not sure where to find your product IDs? Check out our guide linked here.


Troubleshooting Tips

If Social Push is enabled and you notice reviews are not being added to the queue (either automatically or manually), please disconnect your Facebook/Twitter account under Marketing - Social in the dashboard and try reconnecting. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at!
