At times, you may need to adjust points for specific customers for various reasons, such as a special event or exclusive sale separate from your loyalty program. Follow this guide to learn how to add or deduct points for specific customers.

How To Adjust Points - Loyalty Classic
- Go to Customers
- Select the customer that you'd like to edit
- Under Loyalty & Rewards, click the Edit button next to Reward Points to open the Points Adjustment options
- Select the Type of points adjustment
- Add for adding points to their existing point amount
- Subtract for deducting points from their existing point amount - Complete the Points and Reason fields
- Click Adjust to make the points adjustment

- Go to Customers
