At times, you may need to adjust points for certain customers due to various reasons - e.g. special event held that is not registered in the Loyalty & Rewards program.
This function will allow you to adjust the points for each customer that is registered in your Loyalty & Rewards program.

How To Adjust Points
- Head over to Customers
- Click on the customer row that requires points adjustment.
- Click on the "Points Adjustment" button.
- Select Type (Credit for adding points to existing points, Debit for deducting points from existing points).
- Fill up the Points and Reason (if any) field.
- Click on the "Adjust" button to adjust the points.
