Loyalty & Rewards: Points Adjustment

At times, you may need to adjust points for specific customers for various reasons, such as a special event or exclusive sale separate from your loyalty program. Follow this guide to learn how to add or deduct points for specific customers!

  • The below guide provides instructions for both our Loyalty Classic and Loyalty 2.0 dashboards while we migrate customers to Loyalty 2.0 throughout the coming months. If you're unsure which version you are on now, please first navigate here.

Adjusting points

  1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to the Customers tab and select the customer whose points you want to adjust

  2. In the Loyalty & Rewards box, click the Edit button next to Reward Points to open the Points Adjustment options 



  3. Select the Type of points adjustment you'd like to complete 
    - Add for adding points to their existing point amount
    - Subtract for deducting points from their existing point amount



  4. Add the number of Points and a Reason (if optional), and then click Adjust to save the changes
  5. Once completed, you'll see your manual adjustments in the Points section here:


VIP tier impact

Adjusting points (both adding and subtracting) does not automatically update the customer's VIP tier. If their new points balance qualifies them for a new tier, you will need to change this manually in the customer's profile as well:
