Widget Not Showing/Review Emails Not Generating

If the review widgets aren't showing on your website or your review emails aren't generating, it's usually due to incorrect credentials. Check your store URL by doing the following:

  1. Log in to WordPress/WooCommerce
  2. Go to Stamped Settings
  3. Check your Store URL. It should only contain your store's URL without "https://"

Reviews Not Updating On Widget

Reviews are cached for WooCommerce users so they will load faster directly from the database, which helps improve site loading speed. If your new reviews aren't showing up, clear your cache by doing the following:

  1. Log in to WordPress/WooCommerce
  2. Go to Stamped Settings
  3. Click "Clear Reviews Cache". Alternatively, you can uncheck "Enable reviews cache" to disable it completely
