Moderating Reviews: publish, unpublish & archive

Stamped allows you to moderate your reviews in several ways, including publishing, unpublishing, and archiving. Follow this guide to learn more!

Key notes

Unpublished and archived reviews will not be factored into average review ratings in your widgets, and will not be displayed on your website
We recently removed the option to delete reviews from our dashboard - please use the archive option instead! Any previously deleted reviews will be visible under the Archived tab
It's expected that any changes to a review's status (publish, unpublish, archive) will take some time to reflect in your storefront widgets; after completing an action, you can refresh your Stamped dashboard to see that the change was processed

In your Stamped dashboard, go to Reviews and select the tab you'd like to work from
Reviews with a green eye icon indicate that a review is currently published to your website - click this icon to turn it grey and unpublish a review
Reviews with a grey eye icon indicate that a review is currently not published to your website - click this icon to turn it green and publish a review
You can also click on an individual review in the dashboard and use the Publish/Unpublish buttons you see here:

In your Stamped dashboard, go to Reviews and select the tab you'd like to work from
Select the review you'd like to moderate
Click on the Archive button at the top of the page
Archived reviews will appear under the Archived tab in the Reviews section
You can publish an archived review in the future by navigating to the Archived tab, selecting the review and clicking Publish

If you have multiple reviews that you'd like to moderate at once, these actions can also be performed in bulk.

In the Reviews tab, click the checkbox under Filter. This will select all twenty reviews on the first page. If you want to select all reviews, click Select all XX results underneath
Click on More Actions and choose whether you want to publish, unpublish, or archive the selected reviews. You can also use this method to mark the select reviews as Read or add/remove tags
