- Please note that if you'd like to use our Google Seller Rating feature to display your brand reviews on Google, you will need to use our NPS feature

Review request emails can be customized to collect reviews about your website in general instead of collecting reviews about a specific product your customers have purchased. Go to Settings - Customize - Reviews to edit your email content.
