How To Reply To Review
- Login to your Stamped Dashboard
- In the User Contents section, select the review you want to reply to
- On the right panel, type your response to the "Add a reply" field box
Options When Applying To Review
Here are the options available:
- 'Notify by Email' => Customer will receive the response via email and comment will be displayed on the product page
- 'Private' => Comment will not display on the product page
- Both options => Customer will receive the response via email and Comment will NOT be displayed on the product page
- None of the options is selected => Response will not be sent to the customer but Comment will be displayed on the product page
