Be the first to read new reviews from customers by turning on the notification feature ‘Send me an email when a review is received’.

Enabling Notification For New Reviews

  1. Settings - Customize - Reviews - Notifications
  2. Click on the button to enable "Send notification email when Review is received"
  3. Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page

You may also choose to have low rating reviews (1 – 3 stars) notification to be sent to a different email address. This feature allows your help desk to manage customer relation and that way there is a chance you will not lose a customer and might, in fact, win them back.

Note: If you have a different email address fill in the spaces as required, otherwise leave it blank.
