Review Requests: redirect customers to a specific URL after review is submitted

After your customers take the time to write a review, make sure to thank them! By default, they are directed to the standard thank-you page Stamped provides, but if you want to create your own external thank-you page, you can redirect customers there after they submit a review. Setting up the redirection

1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Redirection
    
2. Toggle the "Enable redirection" button 
3. Add your custom URL in the Reviewed Redirect URL text box
4. Click the Save button when you're done

Setting up a redirection for low-rating reviews

If you would like to redirect customers who have given a low-rating review to another specific URL, you can set this as well.

1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Customize > Reviews > Redirection
    
2. Toggle the "Enable redirection" button 
3. Add your custom URL in the Reviewed Redirect URL for low rating (optional) text box (if there is no URL set, the above URL (Reviewed Redirect URL) will be used)
4. Click the Save button when you're done
