There are various interval settings available for different types of orders in your store.

Local Orders
By default, 14 days are set before the review emails are sent to customers. We do recommend 14 days time frame, which takes into account shipping duration and allows customers sufficient time to experience the product before submitting a review.
- Settings - Customize - Reviews - Email Sequence
- Change the digit in the space under Interval
- Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page
International Orders
International shipping will usually take longer than local shipping due to customs clearance and etc. Set the number of days for international orders or leave it blank if it does not apply.
Note: To disable review requests for international orders, set the interval as 999 days.
- Expand the page by clicking "Show all settings" under Interval
- Change the digit or leave in the space under ‘Interval (International Orders)’
- Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page
Point-Of-Sale(POS) Transactions
We recommend immediate review for POS transactions on the shopping experience as customers have a tendency not to respond to reviews after leaving the shop.
Note: To disable review requests for POS orders, set the interval as 999 days.

- Change the digit or leave in the space under ‘Interval (Point-of-Sales)’
- Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page
