Change the preferred send time of email to customers

Similarly to EDMs, there’s a preferable time to send the emails out so that people will read the email and as a result a higher conversion rate, likewise for review emails.

NOTE: We recommend setting the time between 10AM to 4PM, which is the period with the optimal conversion rate. But please feel free to experiment and find the sweet spot that suits your store.

1. Settings - Customize - Reviews - Email Sequence
   
2. Click on 'Show all settings' to reveal all available settings
3. Change the time under ‘Preferred Send Time’
4. Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page

Note:  Time should be in the format of a 24-hour clock,  HH:MM:SS  (21:30:00)
