Stamped allows you to set a minimum order value to further customize when review requests are sent. Follow this guide to learn more!
Key Notes
- This feature is offered as a way to customize when review requests are sent, however, all orders in your store will count toward your monthly order limit regardless of whether a review request is sent. - Exclude symbols and currencies in the textbox (e.g. $ , . USD ¥ £ etc)
Setting A Minimum Required Order Amount
- Settings - General - Exclusions
- Fill in the textbox under the Minimum required order amount to send review emails section
- Click Save in the bottom-right corner
Note: This feature does not work retroactively - if you have review requests in the Pending queue from before this a minimum order amount enabled, you'll need to manually archive them
