By default, regardless of whether customers accept the marketing option, review requests and Loyalty emails will still be sent. You can choose to only send these emails to customers who have accepted marketing. Follow this guide to learn more!
Key Notes
- This feature is offered as a way to customize when review requests/Loyalty emails are sent, however, all orders in your store will count toward your monthly order limit regardless of whether a review request is sent. Loyalty 2.0
- In the Stamped Loyalty dashboard, head to Display > Global Email Settings
- Scroll down to the Email exclusion section and choose either option
- Click Save in the top right corner to save your changes
