Performance Overview
The Performance section of Loyalty Analytics provides insights into the ROI of your loyalty program, with detailed reports on key metrics like revenue, purchase frequency, and engagement rates. These data points empower you to evaluate your loyalty program's success, identify growth opportunities, and maximize retention.
Loyalty Program Revenue
This chart shows loyalty-attributed revenue trends over time. It includes revenue generated through point redemptions, VIP perks, and referrals, letting you track your top loyalty revenue sources and their individual impact.
Toggle between the currency converter in the top right corner to view your Loyalty Program Revenue in different currencies. Directly below Total Revenue are your Revenue Sources, which are your top-performing Points & Rewards rules. Select a rule to toggle the graph and see the revenue earned from that specific rule.
Average Order Value (AOV)
AOV measures the total revenue divided by the number of orders. View AOV trends for new, repeat, and loyalty-driven orders. Drill down to specific loyalty rules to pinpoint the actions that drive higher AOVs.
Average Basket Size
This measures the average quantity of products per transaction, calculated as units sold divided by transactions. See how loyalty redemptions impact basket size and identify which rules drive higher order volumes.
Loyalty Revenue as a % of Total
This metric shows the percentage of revenue attributable to loyalty-driven transactions. Track the contributions of point redemptions, VIP tiers, and referrals to your overall revenue.
Repeat Rate
This indicates the percentage of customers who made multiple purchases. Repeat Rate is a key retention metric, helping you gauge the long-term impact of your loyalty program.
Program Health Overview
The Program Health section provides a detailed analysis of your loyalty program's operational effectiveness, helping you make informed adjustments to increase engagement, reduce churn, and drive customer lifetime value.
Points Overview
Track the total points earned, redeemed, and remaining balances. The points breakage rate (points earned vs. spent) can indicate engagement with the program and reveal potential for improved retention.
Your points breakage rate is the number of points earned divided by the number of points spent. You can calculate it using the information in this graph.
Earning Overview
This displays the volume of points earned through various loyalty activities. Identify which activities drive the most engagement and determine which actions are most valued by your customers.
Redemption Overview
Monitor the volume of points redeemed and the most popular rewards. This metric reflects the program’s value to your customers and highlights opportunities for incentivizing more redemptions.
New Customers
Track the number of new customer accounts created within a selected date range. Growth in new customers can indicate the attractiveness of your loyalty program.
VIP Insights & Impact Analysis
Our VIP Insights provide actionable data on how VIP tiers enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. VIP tiers offer a powerful way to build customer loyalty by creating exclusive rewards for your most valuable customers, encouraging higher purchase frequency, and delaying churn.
VIP Tier Performance
See how different VIP tiers impact purchase frequency, AOV, and customer lifetime value. Compare behaviors of VIP vs. non-VIP customers, and assess the impact of VIP tiers on overall program success.
Redemption Behavior
Track the redemption behaviors of VIP customers and compare them to non-VIPs. For instance, redeemers within VIP tiers often exhibit increased spending and frequency, offering a measurable way to optimize VIP reward effectiveness.
VIP Program Health

Through the Stamped dashboard under Analytics > Reports, you can download customer, activity and reward overviews to learn more about what's happening in your Loyalty program.

Steps to Generate a Report:
- Select your report type, choose a date range, and click Generate Report.
- Your report will process in the background, and you can safely navigate away from this page. Come back later to download the completed report.
- Once your report is ready, you’ll find it in the Generated History section, where you can download it to your device at any time.
Types of Reports
Customers Overview
This report provides customer-level details including points balances, points earned/spent, VIP tier status, number of reviews and orders, customer tags, referral codes, birthdays, and more. Note that refunded and expired points are automatically included in the points balance total.
Activities Overview
This report gives an activity-level overview with details on activity types (e.g., earning, spending, tier), the associated rule, points impact (earned or redeemed), and high-level order details.
Rewards Overview
This report provides a reward-level overview with details on reward type, value, and status, along with the customer ID/email address of the individual who redeemed the reward, and the corresponding rule that generated the reward.
