Gorgias + Stamped Loyalty & Rewards

You can view your customer's Stamped loyalty details when supporting them in Gorgias. Follow this guide to learn how to set up the Gorgias + Stamped integration.

Setting Up The Gorgias + Stamped Integration

  1. In Gorgias, go to Settings - Integrations, then click HTTP


  2. Click on the Add Integration button located at the top right of the page, then fill in the following details:

    Integration Name:

    <Leave blank>

    Checked both options

    Copy URL from Stamped - Integrations - Gorgias. Make sure that the URL contains {{ticket.customer.email}} at the tail end.



  3. Click Add Integration
  4. Go back to "Tickets" in Gorgias. For Gorgias, the data will only show when the customer sends in a new ticket, and Gorgias will populate the data inside the customer’s profile.
  5. Click Edit widgets


  6. Drag and drop Stamped to the right sidebar, then click Save Changes


Moving forward, when you view a ticket for a customer, their loyalty and rewards information will be shown in the sidebar widget.
