You can view your customer's Loyalty & Rewards details when supporting them in Gorgias with the integration.
In This Guide
Setting Up The Integration
- In Gorgias, go to Settings => Integrations
- Find and click on 'HTTP'
- Click on the 'Add Integration' button located at the top right of the page
- Fill in the following details:
Integration Name:
Stamped.io
Description:
<Leave blank>
Triggers:
Checked both options
URL:
<Copy URL from Stamped => Integrations => Gorgias>*Make sure that the URL contains {{ticket.customer.email}} at the tail end
- Click on "Add integration" button
- Go back to "Tickets" in Gorgias
- For Gorgias, the data will only show when the customer sends in a new ticket, and Gorgias will populate the data inside the customer’s profile
- Click on "Edit widgets" icon located on top right of the page
- Simply drag and drop Stamped to the right sidebar
- Click on the "Save Changes" button.
Moving forward when you view a ticket for a customer, the Loyalty & Rewards information of the customer will be shown on the sidebar widget.
