Introduction to the Ads Center

Social media is one of the most effective digital marketing channels for new customer acquisitions. 

Stamped's Ads Center allows you to turn customer photos and reviews into high-performing Facebook and Instagram ads that blend naturally into customers’ feeds, while also allowing you to create retargeting ads that target your recent shoppers on Facebook and Instagram.

Connecting Your Facebook Account

Note: Please ensure that your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook account for the ads to show up on both Facebook and Instagram

  • In the Stamped dashboard go to Marketing > Ads Center
  • Click on the "Connect Facebook" button (if not already connected) and select your Facebook page, business account, ad account, and pixel.
    • Note: If you can't get past the "Ad Account" step, it's likely that your Facebook page is not connected to a Facebook Business account, please sign up for it and claim your page here: https://www.facebook.com/business


Setting up a Dynamic Ad (Retargeting)

This setup will apply to Instagram as well (does not require a separate setup) if the Instagram account is connected to the Facebook account above.

  1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to Marketing > Ads Center
  2. Click on the Create Ad button located at the top right-hand corner of the page

  3. There will be a popup interface for Create Retargeting Dynamic Ad
  4. Enter all the fields under the Ad Content tab
    Variable Description
    {{product.name}} Product Title/Name
    {{product.custom_label_1}} Customer's Name
    {{product.custom_label_0}} Review Title
    {{product.link}} Review's URL
    {{product.description}} Review's Message

  5. Click on the Next button below the Call-To-Action button dropdown box or the Targeting / Budget tab at the top
  6. Enter your target location(s), age, and budget

  7. Once you're done, click on the Create Ad button
  8. You will see the created ad in both Stamped's dashboard under Marketing > Ads Center and Facebook's Ads Manager

Setting up a Review Ad (Non-Retargeting)

This setup will apply to Instagram as well (does not require a separate setup) if the Instagram account is connected to the Facebook account above

  1. In the Stamped dashboard, go to the Reviews tab



  2. Select the review that you would like to create an ad to show the review's details on the right
  3. Click on the Create Ad button located above the review's details

  4. You will see a popup interface for Create Single Ad
  5. Under the Ad Content tab, select Ad Layout before adjusting the rest of the ad's contents. There are 3 options you can choose from:

      1.  Product Image2. Customer Photo*
           *if there is a photo tagged with the review3. Custom Image URL

  6. Click on the Next button below the Call-To-Action button dropdown box, or the Targeting / Budget tab at the top
  7. Enter your target location(s), age, and budget

    Note: You can go into Facebook's Ads Manager to further tweak and refine your target audiences (There will be more targeting options on Facebook).

  8. Once you're done, click on the Create Ad button. 
  9. You will see the created ad in both Stamped's dashboard under Marketing > Ads Center and Facebook's Ads Manager
