How does the modal form work?
The NPS Modal Form widget can be placed anywhere you'd like to collect NPS scores. We recommend placing it on your order confirmation page, where our users see higher conversion rates.
When customers complete their purchase and reach the order confirmation page, the NPS Modal Form will pop up, where they can submit their feedback. When a review is submitted, you can find it in the Stamped dashboard under the Net Promoter Score tab.
Customizing and generating the widget code
- In your Stamped dashboard, go to Display > Widgets > Form Widgets > Net Promoter Score Form Modal
- Customize your NPS Form Modal to your liking. Customer emails are required - for Shopify stores, the tag is {{customer.email}}.
3. When you're happy with your customizations, click Get Codes, then Copy Codes to save them to your clipboard
Installing NPS Form Modal
Add the widget code generated in the previous step to wherever you want your NPS Form Modal widget to appear. For example, if you want to install the NPS Form Modal on your order confirmation page, go to your Shopify admin and navigate to Settings > Checkout > Additional Scripts and add the following:
