Loyalty & Rewards: Add Store Logo into Email

Follow this guide to learn how to add your store logo to your emails sent from Stamped to your customers.

The below guide provides instructions for both our Loyalty Classic and Loyalty 2.0 experience. We are migrating customers to Loyalty 2.0 throughout the coming months. If you're unsure which version you are on now, please first navigate here.

Getting The Logo Image File

  1. If you don't have your store logo on hand, an easy way to obtain the image is to simply save it from your storefront by right-clicking your logo and clicking Save Image As...


Uploading the File In Stamped Settings

Loyalty Classic

  1. Go to Settings - General
  2. Click Add a logo under General Email Settings to upload your logo image file
  3. Click Save


Loyalty 2.0

  1. Go to Display > Global Email Settings > General 
  2. Click Add a logo to upload your logo image file
  3. Click Save
