After seeing the results of your loyalty program and how it can increase sales and conversions, you may want to switch to a different plan. Follow this guide to learn how to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
The below guide provides instructions for both our Loyalty Classic and Loyalty 2.0 experience. We are migrating customers to Loyalty 2.0 throughout the coming months. If you're unsure which version you are on now, please first navigate here.

Loyalty 2.0
Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Account > Plans or Settings > Account > Billing to view your current plan, then click Change plan in the top right corner or the Upgrade now button below
- Select the plan you'd like to switch to and click Change Plan
- Click Continue with upgrade to proceed
Downgrade Your Plan

The process for downgrading your plan is identical to the steps shown above. Select the plan you'd like to switch to, then click Continue with downgrade to proceed.
Loyalty Classic
Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings - Plans OR the Upgrade button located on the top right corner of the app when logged into Shopify
- In the plans comparison chart, click on the Choose button of the plan that you would like to upgrade to
- You will be relocated back to the Plans & Billing details page. Choose the plan you would like to upgrade to and click Proceed
- Another way to upgrade your plan is to go to the Billings page:
